I am a forward-thinking entrepreneur and technologist focusing on the intersection of creativity and technology. My academic journey at Hunter College, culminating magna cum laude from the Thomas Hunter Honors Program and an induction into Phi Beta Kappa, set the foundation for my diverse career path.In late 2008, alongside my brother and creative partner, Emil Corsillo, I launched hickorees.com, a revolutionary e-commerce platform celebrated for its eclectic mix of emerging fashion brands, vintage clothing, and nostalgic gift items. Hickoree's quickly became a vanguard in men's fashion, introducing numerous lesser-known brands, particularly from Japan, to a global audience and consistently ranking among America's top stores.2009 saw the birth of The Hill-Side, a utilitarian men's accessories brand that rapidly expanded its reach to include clothing, footwear, and home goods. By 2015, it was a global presence in over 200 stores and was named GQ’s Best New Menswear Designers in America.In 2018 I joined a fashion and e-commerce consultancy in Los Angeles. As Director of Technology, I led the development of their merchandising infrastructure, warehouse management technology, and supply chain systems. I also built an internal social commerce app, blending social media and e-commerce data to enhance engagement and loyalty. This innovative approach fueled the successful launch of Will Smith's merchandise line, Bel-Air Athletics.In 2020, my entrepreneurial spirit guided me to establish Stake or Die, a blockchain technology company. We collaborated with various blockchain projects, offering both engineering resources and consultancy. Our achievements include the development of Griptape.js, a popular open-source web framework, and STKd, a staking derivative for the Secret Network which we sold in 2021.2022 marked a new venture with the launch of Emergent Properties, an NFT platform focusing on AI Art. EmProps emerged from Stake or Die, providing artists with tools and a platform to create, share, and sell AI artwork. As its primary focus, EmProps balances creative expression with advanced tech, aiming to be a leader in AI art and creativity.Throughout my career, whether leading in finance, fashion, e-commerce, or blockchain technology, I've remained an entrepreneur at heart with a product-first approach. My expertise spans blockchain, e-commerce, fashion, supply chain and ERP systems development and management.Currently, while serving Stake or Die in an advisory capacity, my main focus is EmProps where we are building the future of creativity.
