After the CBD industry was born upon the signing of the 2018 Farm Bill, Mr. Crader identified a promising new market. Founded KC Processing Company, LLC, a CBD extraction business. It began in a 12,500 square feet facility in the Kansas City metro area. KC Processing Company, LLC quickly emerged as a leader in the industrial hemp crude market. I moved the business to the current 65,000 sq. ft facility. Ifinanced most of the assets in KC Processing Company, LLC’s expansion from the sale of various real estate investments, and from reinvesting profits from the business. Today, KC Processing Company, LLC is well known by nearly everyone in the industry as a large industrial hemp crude producer.

 Startup auto business, growing from $0 to $4,000,000 in sales, with 30+ autos sold monthly. Manage 48 employees and subcontractors for auto sales, financing, AP/AR, car repairs, body work and maintenance, and snow plowing, encompassing recruiting, interviewing, hiring, dismissal, training, oversight and performance reviews.

 Developed Monarch from inception, including strategic planning, company growth of 0 to 70 trucks, creation of logistics and rail divisions, and increasing annual revenues by nearly 200%-300%. Revenue results grew to $13,000,000 in annual income. Managed 95 employees, including interviewing, hiring and dismissal, training and mentoring of general, sales, maintenance, and human resources managers, and performance reviews. Acquired lucrative contracts with recognized corporations, including Harley Davidson, Payless Shoe Source, Delphi Automotive, Airlight Plastics, Abercrombie and Fitch, and American Eagle Outfitters. Formed Rail Division through negotiated rates with BNSF for freight shipments, allowing higher margin rates and 0 staffing additions, resulting in $2,800,000 in additional annual revenue. Created Logistics Division, enhancing customer business through load-partnering with asset based carriers for 15% fee, achieving $800,000 in supplementary annual sales.
