Manage business general operations.Provide leadership consultation to all company personnel.Responsible to devise & implement short-term as well as long-term program development and goals.Responsible for all of sales, marketing, accounting, human resources and other specialist operations.Coordinate activities of divisions, departments as well as branches like operations, services, planning/scheduling, sales, maintenance, or research plus development, to effect operational efficiency economy.Analyze budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, allocating operating budget.
