• Ownership of Customer Experiences and Associate Well-Being as relates to Store’s “Clean, Fast and Friendly” achievements.• Oversee all Hardline Departments (Automotive, Motor Oil, Sports, Hardware, Paint, Lawn & Garden, Seasonal & Horticulture) results and staff management with three Department Heads as direct reports.• Sales results (Since Graduating from Academy in October 2018) exceed $865,000 and index .39% better than overall Store Results. Lawn & Garden & Seasonal are over $298,000 in sales, up 9.57% from the prior year.• Manage Inventory via multiple methods of merchandise presentation by holding Department Managers and staff associates accountable for area stocking management, being “On-Process” with Section Work, Top Stock, Zoning and back room binning & capping efforts.• Assist Store Manager with daily management tasks including but not limited to Walmart’s “One Best Way” in the Cold Food Chain, Customer Surveys including Letters to President (referred to our Store), Deposits to and Cash Replenishments from Bank, Scheduling Staff Hours, Finalizing Truck Delivery Inventory, Validating Merchandise Price Changes, Perpetual Inventory Management such as Shrink, On-Hand Changes, Verifying High Ticket Valued items and Finalizing (Accepting) into Inventory daily truck deliveries, Departmental Keys, Emergency Protocol Officer as situations warrant (i.e. Missing Child), Interviewer for Customer and Associate Incidents and Accidents, Exercise judgment involving customer relations at customer service desk and temporary Store Manager if scheduling results in being sole Salaried Manager in store.• Development and Deployment of “Store Within A Store” and “Store in the Community” strategic marketing efforts.• Certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals as Food Safety Manager (Sep 2018).
