Inspects mechanical final assembly installations of the aircraft such as fuselage, landing gears, and tail assemblies. Inspects systems such as hydraulic, rotor, oil, heat and engine. Rechecks work after adjustment or repair. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Provides other inspection and quality services to ensure company products and processes meet customer, company, and other specifications by performing the following duties.

• Utilized manufacturing planning, tech manuals, written instructions, schematics, blueprints to assemble, install or replace electrical/avionics components. • Fabricated, repaired and installed wire harness and STC component for medical, police, commercial and military aircraft delivering a precision product to the customer.• Developed and integrated process into the alteration process that delivered a fluid process saving valuable time and eased the process that is used company wide. • Successfully integrated Garmin 500H, Howell Engine Instrument Displays, and multiple Supplemental Type Certificates into all the • Preformed maintenance on MD 500E, 530E-FG and MD 900 helicopters to include airframe conversions, armament configurations and new installs that exceeded the customers’ expectations. • Developed a broad understanding of FAR 145 Repair Station privileges and utilized resources during full avionics systems integrations and return to service of major alterations. • Installed, inspected countless Supplemental Type Certificates on aircraft for model conversions, Night Vision and IFR capabilities.

• Utilized technical expertise to interpret and satisfy Foreign Military expectations and desired results while developing a high level of proficiency of future maintenance tasks. • Refined the customers Forward Arming and Refueling Standard operation procedures that significantly decreased any chances safety mishaps. • Mentored all staff on proper maintenance, repair and utilization of the M3P .50 Caliber Machine Gun that greatly increased the operation tempo of the unit. • Performed full range of aircraft maintenance including assembly, modification and repair of major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, and related systems.• Assisted airframe and general mechanics as a member of a forward deployed team to troubleshoot, repair and maintain aircraft components during sea port operations and daily flight line support maintenance.
