Managed the year-end audit, including delivery, timing, deadlines, quarterly reports, and tax returns of 9 investment partnerships. Managed 10 venture capital funds and 20 legal entities. Oversaw the cash position of investment partnerships to ensure correct timing of capital calls. Responded effectively to all LP inquiries on quarterly & year-end financials, tax returns, capital calls, and distributions. Created monthly updates, budget-to-actual analysis, and annual budget for the management company. Partnered with attorneys to draft agreements and amendments for investment partnerships and portfolio companies. Negotiated the cancellation of a GP entity audit.
