I lead the Virginia Council of CEOs, an independent non-profit association that serves CEOs of small and mid-sized companies in Virginia. I helped found the organization in 2000. I am motivated by the mission of the Virginia Council of CEOs -- to connect the CEOs of small and mid-sized companies for learning and growth. Through the power of peers, I have the privilege of seeing these entrepreneurs become better, happier, more successful CEOs.
