I served Unique Labs concurrently with Interlock Industries. * Created staff, and developed systems in manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, quality control and logistics to handle 300% production and sales increase.• Successfully restructured an unprofitable aerosol contract packager with annual net operating loss into an organization with a net operating profit within a two year timeframe.• Developed and executed a sales and marketing plan that successfully garnered new accounts, created an increase of 350% in new business value in 3 years.• Setup R&D department and brought in new business due to extended R&D capabilities.

* Lead Manufacturing for a 550+ employee 24/7 Residential Carpet manufacturing facility.* Daily responsible for all manufacturing departments in one of the most technically complex plants and highest margin product lines in the business. Plant 81 received the latest in technology and had a fantastic staff of highly capable engineers and department managers reporting to my position.

* Coordinated Company Strategy for any type of chemical processes. Yarn Finishes, Dyeing Chemistry (Including Instacolor and Prints), Stain and Soil Protection Chemistry, Coating Latexes.* Transitioned Plant 81 Tufting Department of 220+ 24/7 employees into a self-directed work team format.

SI Corporation was a major supplier of nonwoven and woven product to the construction and carpeting business. I lead the technical team for its largest facility of extrusion and weaving operations. Also was a designer and Manufacturing Liaison for the implementation of SAP into the manufacturing environment.
