This project involved the managing and scheduling of more than 14,000 users and 16,000 computers for Windows 7 migrations, while working with multiple lines of business to ensure that all software titles and custom databases, spreadsheets and documents were ready to move to the Windows 7/Office 2010 environment.

I performed successfully as a Sr. Project Manager contracted to National Government Services (Wellpoint) managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' CRM software used at 1-800 Medicare. I contributed to NGS' success from September, 2011 through March, 2013. Upon joinging Tanager, I managed the migration of 6000 users at the Goddard Space Flight Center from 253 POP email servers to one single Microsoft Exchange environment. That project finished early and under budget. I managed the entire PC Imaging process for the NASA Space Agency. I brought organization and efficiency to the process, and handed it off to a Lockheed Martin manager. I managed the process for deploying the Federal Desktop Core Configuration (FDCC) settings and Internet Explorer 7 to all Lockheed Martin supported machines across the agency. Aside from documented exceptions, this project was finished on time. I then worked on managing the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) implementation pertaining to smart cards at NASA, and managing the project which will push out Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) at NASA, along with making certain that FDCC settings are deployed when NASA rolls out Windows 7.My last project for Lockheed Martin at NASA was managing the deployment of Hard Disk Encryption to all NASA laptops and any desktop systems that have Personally Identifiable Information.
