Scott is the Director and Chief Pilot of Redbird Aero, a heavy lift RPAS company developing supply chain solutions to improve healthcare and disaster recovery whilst addressing health equity issues in remote areas. He has a rich aviation and technology heritage. He served as a military and commercial helicopter pilot before completing an MBA. Scott's commitment to aviation excellence is reflected in his esteemed status as a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is the former Head of Strategic Innovation and Alliances at Airservices Australia helping to identify, develop, and execute strategic opportunities. He introduced a number of projects and was involved in the early discussions around ATM and UTM integration in Australian airspace. Scott is also a management consultant, who has worked across a range of industries and organisations, including Strategy&, specialising in strategic innovation and transformation.Scott also worked in East Africa conducting anti-poaching operations focusing on the illegal trade of ivory, timber and bush meat. He has a passion for helping veterans as they transition out of the ADF, helping to guide them as they look to join businesses in corporate Australia at levels that reflect skills gained in the military.
