I’m a seasoned CEO with comprehensive leadership experience spanning over twenty years in large multinational service industry organisations.Following more than a decade in the hospitality sector, I joined ISS in 2012 and was appointed Country Manager of the group’s Australian business in 2016, then Chief Executive for the wider Asia Pacific division in 2020. In January 2024, I took the exciting step of relocating to Europe to take on the role of CEO for ISS UK & Ireland.As an executive, I have often been responsible for managing large and complex organisations, with tens of thousands of employees, and servicing the unique needs of a wide and diverse range of clients — from banking and technology to pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.Above all, I am committed to leading high-performance teams, creating safe and inclusive workplaces for employees, and delivering best-in-class services to our clients, each and every day. #PeopleMakePlaces
