I am a leader with extensive experience leading large organizations and programs in complex and rapidly changing environments. Currently an Executive Director in the University of Cincinnati's Office of Research. I am skilled and passionate about envisioning and leading organizational transformation and developing leaders. In military service, I have:+ Served as Strategy and Policy Division Chief for Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Information Ops+ Led organizations ranging from 30 to 2,500 people in 7 states and 3 other nations--commanded at Battalion and Brigade levels + Developed skills in Executive Leadership, Program Management, Strategic Planning and Decision-making, Crisis Management, Negotiations, Human Resources Management, and Security Management + Served as an Assistant Professor at West Point - educating and mentoring young leaders, then and throughout my careerI have earned 3 Masters' degrees -- an MBA, and MA’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and in Public Administration.
