I was born and raised in Lee County, Florida. I began my insurance career in 1993 as a second generation insurance professional. I am a licensed insurance agent, Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). CIC is one of the most advanced, highly recognized professional education designation programs in the insurance industry. I specialize in working with Contractors and Agriculture-based businesses, helping them assess and transfer risk in all areas of property and casualty. As a Florida native, I am well versed in the challenges unique to the Florida insurance market.I have served as a board member for a local private school and am involved in giving back to the community in various outreach programs. I am happily married for more than 23 years; we have 3 sons and 2 grandsons. I greatly enjoy spending time with my family. As a balance to my professional life, I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, hiking and hunting.Scott A.
