In this role I provide specialist support to employees, line managers and business leaders for Employee Relations matters including but not limited to performance management, EA interpretation, grievances, bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation.The Employee Relations Advisory team supports 200,000 employees across 54 different Enterprise Agreements and all brands nationally, including Woolworths Supermarkets, Big W, Masters Home Improvement, Home Timber & Hardware, BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths Petrol, as well as Support Services, Logistics and Corporate.

In this fast paced and constantly evolving new business, I provided support and advice to Queensland Operations leaders on strategic talent planning, resolving ER matters and building the capability of our team and line managers to deliver tangible results.

Qld Logistics

In this role I partnered with the Operations Manager and Support personnel to provide advice and assistance on ER/IR matters, performance management, grievance resolution and succession planning for a workforce of over 1500 employees operating under four Enterprise Agreements across three logistics sites in Queensland.The logistics environment is highly unionised and I have strong experience in managing effective relationships with organisers and delegates from various Unions. I have represented Woolworths in numerous IR matters, both at FWC and the Australian Human Rights Commission.I am well versed in Enterprise Agreement negotiations, having contributed to negotiations in 2011 and 2013, and the successful post implementation of these Agreements.In 2013 I also project managed the implementation of a Labour Hire Agency into a Greenfields site which resulted in greater efficiencies and service deliveries throughout peak periods.

South-East Qld

In this role I supported an area group of 19 large-format supermarkets, providing end to end recruitment and facilitated Company inductions and nationally accredited training. I also liaised with third party providers for apprenticeships and recruitment agencies, attended industry career expos, and provided timely advice on employee matters and EA interpretation.
