Lead team of Product Owners focused around systems that support Store Associates, Franchisees and Field Operations team to run their business and delight their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Internal product roadmap for the following 7-eleven backend elements - All facets of 7-Eleven data & API as it relates to the omnichannel building blocks - Delivery functionality backend – inventory, fulfillment, ordering etc2. Development, Testing and Integration of 7-eleven data/products with partner products, systems and networks3. Responsible for the following Omnichannel Building blocks: Ordering/Fulfillment, Delivery4. Work with Business Development and Omnichannel implementation team to test and rollout 7-eleven owned and partner owned omnichannel products.5. Owner of the rapid software development lifecycle for the integration portion of all technology products6. Work with user experience team to test complementary guest engagement technologies and networks7. Work with Business Development and Omnichannel implementation team to roll out 7-eleven owned omnichannel products and networks8. Hire, lead and mentor product managers and analysts

-Led team of IT Field Managers across US and Canada stores in support of day to day Retail Information System for field operations-Designed, tested and currently deploying a large scale project which is customized software delivering an enhanced architecture, with a simplified ISP system and tools to improve the execution of Retailer Initiative and enables Fresh Food growth to 8000+ locations-Collaborated on the software development and training plan for store projects-Designed and currently testing a Guided Replenishment ordering application that will allow for the reallocation of labor from low velocity categories to higher impact areas such as Fresh Foods -Manages an executive Steering Committee in support of the RISE project-Collaborated on the development of Slurpee Finder within the 7-Eleven mobile application, providing customers the ability to locate their favorite Slurpee flavor by store location-Designed and deployed a customized Splash Screen, which allows for a message oriented image to quickly communicate sales driving messages to 8000+ locations

-Collaborated on the design, development, testing, training and deployment of a Business Transformation project-Designed, tested and deployed a custom Inventory Engine as part of the BT project which enabled real-time inventory levels for all store items across over 8000 locations

-Received Florida Division “Person of the Year” award for outstanding store support service-Supported all aspects of Retailer Initiative implementation and execution-Piloted new technology and provided feedback to project teams before implementation

-Monitored and ensured accountability for all aspects of store operations, providing advice, coaching and assistance to store management-Operated a group of 7-Eleven stores within a geographic area to ensure the highest levels of customer service-Led, consulted with and influenced store operators to develop, update and execute operational plans and strategies, including merchandising, fresh food concepts, fuel sales, customer experience and store operational infrastructure
