Responsibilities:- Preparation and presentation of detailed, personalised investment advice for current and prospective clients.- Attending and participating in client review meetings where investment advice is presented to the client and the client provides approval to proceed.- Implementation of investment recommendations on applicable indices and platforms once approved by the client.- Understanding and communicating financial market updates, portfolio investment rationale, and asset allocation changes with clients- Management of IPO’s, placements and other capital raisings, including client allocation, provision of client documentation and efficient settlement to ensure client commitments are met- Servicing and maintaining client relationships that deliver an excellent and consistent client experience

Responsibilities:- Producing pitch documents, reviews, and other relevant material that assists advisors in delivering key content for prospective and existing clients- Professional, accurate and timely communication with clients, operations, accountants, and relevant entities- Preparation and execution of performance reports, portfolio reviews and client documentation - Onboarding and management of personal, business, and not-for-profit clients - Management of all recurring and ad-hoc administrative tasks associated with servicing clients- Proactive management of risk and compliance by meeting and adhering to policies, processes and procedures, and escalating any events, losses, or breaches to relevant parties.- Management and participation in event coordination for the wider office group
