Responsible for the organizational and cultural design of a fast growing law firm. Responsibilities include aspects of finance and accounting, human resources, and strategic vision of the firm. Top line company revenue has risen 33% and profits have increased from 7.5% to 19% under my leadership and the company is poised for expanded growth.

*Responsible for recruiting high school athletes to attend and compete at Otterbein University.*Challenge, motivate and inspire individuals to be completely team oriented and well rounded adults.*Help athletes to improve throughout the season and from season to season and year to year.*Building our team into a conference contender with big goals to become a national power very soon.*5 athletes have earned All League honors and 3 athletes have earned All Region accolades in the past 3 1/2 years.*Our men's team jumped from 9th in the league last year to 4th in the league this year. *Our women's team improved from 6th in the league last year to 3rd in the league this year with almost all new runners.*Both squads had fantastic improvements at the regional level as well - from 28th to 14th in just 1 year for the men and from 23rd to 11th in 1 year for the women. By far the biggest improvements of any of the 40+ teams in the Great Lakes Region.*Track athletes have won 7 Ohio Athletic Conference league titles with 14 earning All Conference honors in the past 3 1/2 years.*Coach of the year in Ohio in 2013 (division 3 women) as voted by all of the coaches in Ohio.

Ohio Right to Life is a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) non profit organization that is 100% donor supported. ORTL also has an active Political Action Committee. *I work with an office staff that has ranged from 5-8 people. *Regular responsibilities include payroll, crisis management, equipment control, vendor management, training, database management, finances and budgeting. *Office expenditures have been reduced by nearly 50% in 3 years through streamlining and the more efficient and wiser use of office resources and negotiated pricing on equipment and services.*Researched, selected, negotiated and help relocate our offices downtown to allow easier access to the Ohio Statehouse and key organizations in the State.*Organize and plan for quarterly company board meetings.*Served as emcee at 2 large company events.*Positively represent the gratitude of our organization to our donors through positive contact with hundreds of donors and potential donors via organized telemarketing and direct mail campaigns each quarter.

*Unpaid volunteer position with an organization of more than 3,000 people.*Required an average time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.*Planning and implementing of 3-day youth conferences of 100+ teenagers each summer.*Provided training and speeches many times each year for groups of 50 to 1500 people with a focus of teaching, inspiring, leading and helping others.*Involved in multiple community service projects over the past decade.

*Territory sales representative in the wholesale picture frame industry. *Primary clients were retail picture frame stores and portrait photographers in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. *Territory grew from just under $250k to nearly $900k in 17 years.*My role expanded into other capacities within the company including product research and development, marketing of products and training new sales representatives.

*Responsible for assisting in the physical and spiritual well being of 500+ people which often involved private interviews, counseling, encouragement, and providing inspiration to individuals and families for more than 5 years.*Supervised, worked with and trained local church leaders that served in the ward with me. *Conducted several group meetings on a weekly basis and addressed 200+ people in large meetings on a monthly basis.*Responsible for all finances of the organization. This included budgeting and the dispersal of funds.

*Planned workouts, motivated and taught runners cross country runners. *Helped them gain a vision of what we were trying to accomplish. *We won 6 league titles in 10 years and were runner up the other 4 years. *Qualified to the national meet 6 of the 10 years and finished 8th in the nation as a team in 1994. *Coached 5 All Americans and 22 Ohio Athletic Conference Champions.

*Analyzed and prepared financial reports. *Controlled amortization and depreciation for over 200 Limited Express stores.

*Was on the ground floor of brand new federal credit union that served members of the AARP. *Dealt with customers on a one on one basis to help them to manage and invest their money.
