Current• Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, timely maintenance, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.• Lead the negotiation process for property sales, ensuring that both the buyer and the seller achieve favorable terms and that transactions are completed smoothly and promptly.• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, prospective buyers, and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.• Monitor rental incomes, ensure timely collection of rent, and oversee the budgeting and financial reporting for each property in the portfolio. Make recommendations for property improvements and investments to enhance property values.• Manage a team of junior property managers and sales negotiators, providing them with mentorship, training, and feedback to ensure that they reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the team's goals.• Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, conducting regular property valuations, and providing clients with strategic advice on pricing, property enhancements, and timing of sales or lease agreements.• Ensure that all properties in the portfolio comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
