I feel it is important to love life, work with others, and build life-long relationships. I have always believed that being genuine, no matter what the cost, is key to building business and personal relationships that will last beyond the job. Background: - Raised in the small town of Lindon, UT with 7 sisters and 1 brother. - Worked on a farm, raising cattle, chickens, turkeys, goats and getting up at the early break of dawn and working with my Dad late into the evening.- Taught to work starting at the age of 4 building homes, cleaning up trash, hauling shingles, building barns, and playing in the open fields. - My Dad ran a General Contracting business, where I traveled on a private plane all around the country overseeing project development on multiple commercial projects.- At the age of 12 I was taught to pay for my own clothes by working hard, earning money, and being responsible. - When I turned 14 years old I got a job working at the bowling alley fixing machines, setting pins, and making sure all the lanes were waxed and ready for customers. - Working for my Dad, I generally was responsible to do the grunt work until I became old enough to manage and estimate projects, negotiate contracts and oversee project relations. - Served a 2 year church mission in Sacramento California, traveling to different cities throughout Northern California serving others, and building relationships with multiple leadership roles.- Coached soccer for 16 years. Received my C National License, traveled the world studying strategies, psychologies, and player technical development. I coached 6 teams, helped over 42 players receive D1 scholarships, coached 3 teams to multiple State Cup Championships, Regional Championships, and National Championship competitions. Recently coached a girls soccer team Ranked #1 in the USA and World for almost a year. - Founded multiple successful companies, closed real estate deals ranging from 500k to over 72 Million dollars. - Worked in multiple capacities from retail manager, variety of construction roles, construction management roles, founder/CEO/managing partner, project managing multi-million dollar projects, software sales, director of Global Sales, VP of Client Success, Enterprise Strategic Partnerships, and currently working as a Senior Enterprise Client Development Director working with multi-billion/trillion dollar clients.I am self-motivated and driven to help my clients/friends find success through productive and effective partnerships.
