Led 40+ managers, engineers and architects in the development of state of the art Web 2.0 application for Lyris’ flagship SaaS product, LHQ. Of those 40 people, I hired 20 and all but 2 of them are still with the company. Helped achieve a 20% improvement in quality on one project after implementing the Agile Scrum Development methodology. Worked closely with the Architects to design and develop a highly scalable new architecture to provide a 10X increase in mail send volumes utilizing a NoSQL datastore such as Hadoop or CouchDB.
