It Helpdesk Technician
CurrentResponsible for maintaining and upgrading the IT infrastructure company-wide while assisting with technical issues at the employee level, between three company buildings- Installing network lines- Operating sissor lifts & working at heights- Onboarding new employees- Setting up new company computers/surfaces/phones- Managing all company printers- Handling all software requests- Troubleshooting hardware/software/remote connections- Executive boardroom setups- Active Directory, DHCP & DNS Admin- Office365 administration- Forticlient network administration- Apple business account administration- Experience with Mimecast, Malwarebytes, Granstream, SolarWinds, AppTech360, SOTI administration
