I began as a CSR taking unemployment claims over that phone and resoling claim filing issues. In July of 2010, I became a claims adjudicator which required me to investigate evidence from both claimant and employer to determine the validity of a filed claim. In July of 2011, I was promoted the BPC (Benefits Payment Control). This position required me to investigate potential fraud of UI claims that were flagged by the UI system.

I assisted several departments in IMS. My duties varied from performing Equifax reports, proofing weekly and monthly financial reports, batching new accounts and booking trades.
