Reporting to Overtime’s CEO, In this role, I headed the development of safety and security operations to maximize protection for employees, guests, assets, state-of-the-art OTE arena, athlete residences, satellite offices, OT7 league venues across the United States, OTX Boxing, Overtime offices across the United States, and travel programs. I also steered a team of direct reports, contract security staff, part-time law enforcement officers and EMS personnel, including 200 Guards, 50 Law Enforcement, and 20 EMS personnel. Additionally, I administered end-to-end activities involved in administration, such as establishing workloads, prioritizing work assignments, evaluating employee performance, interpreting, and enforcing policies and procedures. Further, I conducted a comprehensive analysis on security systems and potential suppliers to uncover and obtain proposals to procure appropriate security systems and services. I established special security plans for domestic and international team travel.Highlights of key contributions:• Served as trainer and speaker on venue safety and security best practices to increase the protection of everyone.• Drove Overtime Elites Crisis Management Team, establishing top-notch processes to manage unforeseen incidents.• Collaborated cross-functionally with event venue security staff, law enforcement, and medical personnel to maintain a seamless workflow of event day.• Maintained strong networks with local authorities and governing agencies to ensure offices, venues, and other locations utilized by Overtime upheld local regulations.

During this tenure, I spearheaded match-day security for Atlanta United team at Mercedes-Benz Stadium while collaborating with event venue security staff and law enforcement comprising of 400+ Guards, 100+ Law Enforcement Officers, and 20+ EMS/Fire staff. I have offered on-going support with event security and safety assessments for diverse sporting events, concerts, and private events across AMBSE. Moreover, I led efforts to improve access control systems for players, staff, contractors, and guests. I have acted as the main point of contact for security staff and part-time law enforcement officers.Highlights of key contributions:• Maintained optimal safety and security on special events throughout Atlanta United FC's training center and other venues.• Delivered exceptional guidance and recommendations to Mercedes Benz Stadium contract and 24/7 security team.

As a Lieutenant, I steered team of eight detectives, three sergeants, four investigators, and one evidence technician to make the community a safe place. I oversaw all departmental operations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, I devised and deployed tactical plans of action for detectives and sergeants. I have collaborated cross-functionally with fellow officers and team members on diverse investigations across high crime areas. I also offered assistance to officers in handling difficult situations.Highlights of key contributions:• Conversed with a competent wider policing team to ensure development of action policies and procedures.• Structured a Crime Scene Unit to accurately document an active crime/accident scene and acquire evidence.• Built long-term rapport with local community leaders, stakeholders, and residents in order to achieve targets, raise service standards, and best quality procedures.• Enabled fellow officers to maintain team morale and standards by utilizing training and development expertise. Delivered comprehensive service for dealing with complaints raised by victims of crime.
