As General Manager of Renewables & Clean Power within Bechtel’s Infrastructure GBU, Scott is responsible for the overall management of the business including establishment of project delivery excellence and productive customer relations underpinned by a diverse and inclusive team culture. Prior to this role, as Global Power Sector lead, Scott maintained business relationships with key global and regional power customers and partners, worked with regional based organizations to develop and implement market engagement strategies, and lead the assessment / adoption of emerging markets / technologies including guiding the overall strategy for Bechtel’s re-engagement in the North American renewable energy market. Over a 30+-year career, Scott has held a variety of project execution positions in project controls, construction and project management. Scott also served leadership roles in business development where he helped establish Bechtel’s industry presence in the delivery of combined cycle projects. Scott holds an MS in Construction Engineering and Management, and a BS in Civil Engineering, from the University of Maryland.
