My role focuses on providing communication advice to senior leaders at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office – helping them create strong, clear, and consistent messaging for staff and internal partners – as we transform two former UK government departments (the FCO and DFID) into a new organisation.

Management of inSight, DFIDs intranet, senior leadership engagement planning (including film and editing) , cross-department change initiatives.

All aspects of internal communications and employee engagement - including communications around the Civil Service People Survey and 'Cascaid' management summary

Strategic Communications Team - Internal communications for DFID. Including internal work on COP15, All Staff Conversation and initial Civil Service People Survey.

Intranet refresh. Comms officer for the Government Office for the English Regions (GOER). Co-ordinating the work of the nine regional offices with the central unit, regional ministers, No.10, regional press officers and CLG officials.

Strategy Unit - EA to the Director of Strategy. Acting as secretariat for the Departmental Strategy Board and liaising with the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit.

Project management of intranet refresh. Three years spent on communications for the Corporate Services Directorate (incl. website, intranet and conferences). One year spent as an EA.

Statistical analysis of the benefits fraud programme for East London and the East of England. Regular reporting to the regional board in relation fraud detection based on historical data and current research.
