Overall responsibilities include daily managing three account executives and the service sales team while managing my customer portfolio. My sales team management responsibilities include a weekly review of the division's opportunity pipeline, setting individual and team sales goals, and assigning project opportunities and sales lead tasks to the appropriate salesperson. I am also responsible for managing the sales commission programs and developing annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for the Division GM utilizing D365 CRM and Power BI. In managing my customer portfolio, I qualify, estimate, and secure large projects with the mechanical contractor, prime contractor, and owner accounts.

Providing oversight of quotes for project change orders to ensure cost and scope are covered.
