My recent successes involve facilitating implementation of Asset Management Frameworks, resulting in businesses achieving outcomes through their people and assets. My motivation is supporting the creation of process and awareness of asset management principles that are specific to the organisation. Establishment of clear roles and responsibilities combined with good process and systems, enables business to foster a can do supportive team environment & culture. As Director of Shield Assets our focus is on nurturing asset strategies and company values, protecting people and assets, while growing the maturity of each business we support. With an ever changing external environment, my skills are around partnering with clients to simplifying the complexity to provide transparent & sustainable control of their assets. My vision as an industry leader is to grow and promote the importance of best practice Asset Management. With careful balance of governance, strategy and collecting the right data, information & knowledge can be shared, empowering justified decision making and performance.
