Worked as a Shift Supervisor in the Blending, Shipping, RDS and Coker areas. Plants responsible for include 110K bpd Delayed Coker, 80K bpd Vacuum Distillation Unit, 49K bpd Diesel/Naphtha Hydrotreater, a utilities section supplying boiler feed water, compressed air and a turbine generator with 6.2 MW of 13.2 KV electricity, 110K bpd VGO Hydrotreater, 8K bpd Alkylation unit, 95M scfd hydrogen plant and a 8.2K SCFM Marine Vapor Recovery Unit. Was also responsible for a Storage and Loading facility that contained over 200 product tanks with associated piping, pumps and compressor equipment. Facilities for storing and shipping pet coke and molten sulfur were my responsibility as well.
