I am a motivational and confident leader with an extremely positive and enthusiastic attitude towards Openreach and the products/services we offer. I have a strong passion for coaching and engaging with people, helping me build stakeholder relationships and drive efficiency.I take pride in the fact that I have been an engineer for several years previously which allows me to share and understand an engineer’s perspective and the challenges faced in the field.I regularly embrace change and look for continuous ways to improve myself and the team I work with, actively engaging team members to challenge mine and their own ways of thinking.Due to my passion for improvement and technology, I am now in a project management role helping with the expansive and challenging task of closing over 100+ exchanges in the exchange exit programme
