It's a dynamic transformation and one that leverages my background in both uncompressed video and audio as well as methods used to compress, encrypt and transport it.My experience covers a wide range in professional video. From the beginning days of operations and engineering to systems integration and later manufacturing and product development and marketing.What I look forward to the most is working with people who are as passionate about these new A/V over IP technologies as I am.

CurrentI am leading development teams for the secure distribution of video, audio and USB signals once converted from baseband to IP streams. As such all of these IP streams are encrypted per Government guidelines. With the support of PESA's CEO, I've managed to develop key roadmaps for this emerging technology that has been traditionally been 'baseband' media.
