Assisting a key Study Manager with the day-to-day running and management of clinical trials on behalf of high profile pharmaceutical clients. I was responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and visibility of the clinical study progress and undertaking professional communication with various client study managers to ensure the identification of scope change, issues or risks.

Working in the heart of the project management office, I was involved with in a variety of tasks to ensure that numerous projects ran smoothly. My responsibilities included; • Regularly generating and presenting reports to the project manager and engineering project manager;• Managing schedules for projects and ensuring that up-to-date billing information was maintained and monitoring and ensuring that project bookings were correct and that projects to enable accurate forecasting;• Being heavily involved with the creation of a closedown pack for a project, which detailed an in-depth analysis of the performance of the project throughout its duration;• Responsible for resolving billing discrepancies throughout the power department;• Being involved with the recruitment process; liaising with mangers to ensure that new starters had all the correct equipment.• Mentoring and giving guidance to my replacement, assisted by the creation of a handover document and exercises that I previously developed.
