I am a strategic thinker and executor with a focus on helping independent insurance agencies of Leavitt Group achieve healthy profitability and consistent growth. I have held several roles within the Leavitt Group including financial controller assistant, financial controller, and currently as a Vice President of agency operations. In my role, I represent the Leavitt Group’s ownership interest, and seek to embody their unique culture and governing principles. I help our agencies access the powerful tools and resources the Leavitt Group can provide, and work to build relationships of trust with our agency co-owners to create a spirit of true partnership and alignment of interests. I am a logical thinker, dependable, and ambitious. I find deep fulfillment in helping others, and in building relationships of trust and loyalty. I place a high priority on listening intently to others to better understand and serve them. I take special care in seeking to transform conflict to create alignment and partnership.My passion in life is my faith and family. I gain a high level of fulfillment in devoting time and service to both. My wife Megan and I have three beautiful children: Olivia (7), Gibson (4), and Erin (1). I enjoy the outdoors, sports, staying active, and living a healthy lifestyle.
