Here are some examples of my work:-Cubic: Brought together game industry artists, naval officers, instructional designers, and software developers to create state-of-the-art naval training simulations. Reduced time required to create a 15-minute lesson from 3 months to just 1 week.-Citi: Navigated complex corporate structures to create the company's first organization-wide agile standard and trained thousands across divisions. During my time there I was also responsible for leading a team of portfolio managers, overseeing dozens of programs per year.-Descartes Labs: Overcame entrenched silos to bring product managers, software developers, applied scientists, and end users together, resulting in a stronger product development process. By introducing a quality dashboard, we reduced on-call incidents from approximately 3 per week to just 2 per year.
