Client Service Manager Responsible for unique yield of services revenue for the SLED Market in the Heartland and Mountain States territories Provide detailed analysis of sales history, trends and projections to the Regional Manager and Account Managers to help align and direct sales strategies Coordinated Inside Service Sales team for both territories Skilled at positioning both Advanced Services and Maintenance Closed deals ranging from 200K to 5.0+ million plus Track record of quota attainment and over-achievement including 161% in FY ’15, 101% in FY ’16, and 100% in FY ‘17 Attainment represented 17% of the overall service number in the Western Area Developed Trusted Adviser relationships with C-suite level executives Worked with our Partner community to develop sales strategies to position professional services and increase salesVirtual Client Service Manager Aligned to multiple individual Account Managers and Territories Responsible for new and renewal services revenue including Advanced Services Closed deals ranging from $200K to $2.0+ million Quota attainment of 118% in FY ‘13 Sales Champion in FY ‘14 at 151% of plan Work with Product Account Managers to attach services to the product sales.
