'Highly Commended' in the 2017 Staff Awards in the 'Improving Lives' (2016 flu campaign) + 'Working Together For Patients' categories: ''Proactive, helpful and formidably creative''. 'Highly Commended' in the 'Great Place to Work' category in the 2021 Staff Awards for my role in #TeamLGT - our Trust running group: ''A really positive influence and force for good.''Creating and uploading content to the Trust website / intranet. Creating news content, campaign pages and leading on comms for campaigns including: staff support, staff wellbeing, research and development, the building of our Wellbeing Garden working with the RHS.Managing the Trust' social media (@LG_NHS / Facebook.com/LGTNHS) with news and information and answering queries from the general public. Set up a new Instagram page (@lg_nhs) which now has over 2700 followers. As a founding member of #Team LGT (our Trust running group which promotes health and wellbeing through running for all abilities) I have run several events (including the Big Half) to raise money for our Trust charity. I have also run the Berlin Marathon supporting the Theodora Children’s Charity / ‘Giggle Doctors’.I also undertake a volunteer role within the Trust - arriving early three times a week to distribute newspapers to the wards and before the Covid pandemic had completed ‘meal time support’ training.
