We perform asbestos surveys to assist our clients in complying with applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. We are especially cognizant of Florida's state and local asbestos requirements regarding building renovation and demolition. Our asbestos consulting also includes project design, project monitoring, and air monitoring during asbestos abatement projects. We can provide lead-based paint evaluations utilizing XRF technology and an RMD LPA-1 by our certified individuals. We can also offer air monitoring during lead stabilization projects for OSHA compliance. DMC, Inc. can test for indoor air quality comfort parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, dust, particulates, mold, bacteria, and formaldehyde. These can be common indicators of inadequate ventilation and/or crowded work spaces or design or operation flaws of HVAC systems.
