Have managed and lead programs in the Broadband division of America Online, working in a matrix environment to complete programs and projects utilizing Broadband technology and services. Also served as a project manager in developing and implementing complex network expansions that improved the overall customer experience, increased capacity of the network, and maintained the cost of the expansions. The expansions entailed directing, in a matrixed environment, a 50+ person team with a budget that exceeded $40 million dollars.
