Produced record level of revenue with lowest staffing levels in the history of the office while returning $100,000 to the General Fund. Visited all 169 Connecticut municipalities meeting with local election officials. Organized Connecticut Elections Cyber Security Task Force and implemented $15 million in upgrades.

Led the start up of the Connecticut Port Authority (CPA) which advances the development of the maritime economy. Created the Small Harbor Improvement Program which launched partnerships with local governments across the state to start 18 maritime infrastructure projects.

Delivered policy papers and recommendations to the Pentagon, the National Security Council and Members of Congress. Authored reports on US foreign policy, defense policy and homeland security. Led CNP into a merger with the Truman National Security Project which tripled the annual revenue and greatly increased range of programming.
