Manages the Services Delivery group consisting of Software development, Customer Implementation, and Customer Support teams. Responsible for overall leadership and direction of the group. Worked with each services team leader to establish more mature processes and procedures for their group’s activities and methods for documentation and standardization to increase efficiency.

Provided corporate leadership as a member of the executive committee. Provided strategic direction and planning and operational oversight for the Intelligence & Security Operation, consisting of the GEOINT Production and Intelligence Analysis Divisions with over $15 million in annual revenue. Under his direction, the GEOINT Production group grew into a leading subcontractor on the NGA Global Geospatial-Intelligence (GGI) Contract, with revenue increasing over 500% since 2008. Since creating the Intelligence Analysis division in 2010, he diversified the client base, delivered sustainable, increasing revenue, and established the corporate infrastructure to support worldwide recruiting and deployed placement services.Additionally, he provided day-to-day operational and program management of the GEOINT Production division until 2010, and directly managed the Intelligence Analysis FTE division during its infancy while effectively transitioning it to new management. Developed effective and efficient management structures to ensure operational success and proper production oversight. Managed a dynamic and growing team of over 180 professionals located in four offices and in government and deployed locations around the world. His leadership in management systems, business development, and client relations established Wiser as a premier provider of spatial technologies and intelligence services.

Madison, Al

Led a production team responsible for stereo and mono imagery feature extraction for multiple NGA products. Performed product finishing of both digital and hardcopy cartographic products in multiple NGA schemas and requirements. Reviewed and edited digital elevation data for DTED Level 2 (Digital Terrain Elevation Data). Developed operating instructions and training manuals for imagery extraction procedures and Product Finishing. Created a training program for new employees and provided technical oversight and assistance to multiple subcontractors.

As an Imagery Analyst in the Air Force and the Alabama Air National Guard’s 117th Intelligence Squadron, SSgt Beard managed team production of Imagery Intelligence. He was responsible for exploiting softcopy and hardcopy electro-optical, radar, and infrared imagery from a wide range of sensors and sources to produce mission specific Imagery Intelligence reports. Was also responsible for creating Imagery based Targeting Folders and Graphics. SSgt Beard conducted training for personnel on procedures for writing Intelligence reports, and created a training program for airmen from the 480th Intelligence Squadron, Langley, Virginia. He directly supported military and intelligence operations in multiple assignments/deployments, including the Joint Analysis Center (JAC) RAF Molesworth, England; Howard AFB, Panama; Osan AB, Korea; and Aviano AB, Italy. SSgt Beard utilized multiple imagery exploitation systems and imagery and intelligence information databases. He was an honor graduate of both Basic Training at Lackland AFB and the United States Air Force Imagery Analysis and Interpretation School at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. He completed the United States Air Force 5 and 7 level Career Development Courses for Imagery Analysts.
