About Scott Becker

I have strong leadership skills that have helped me succeed in many roles throughout my career. Born into a real estate family, I began my career as a full commission loan officer. Over the years, I have worked in small luxury firms, large franchised firms and excelled at the corporate level as well. At the local level, I have experience running real estate offices, lead generation departments, mortgage companies and title companies. At the corporate level, I have experience running large mortgage affinity programs, broker networks, a global marketing department and a product solutions division with a heavy technogy focus. Most recently, my 25+ years of experience culminated in an Interim CEO role for a global corporate relocation company which I deeply enjoyed. I value a strong company culture that inspires teamwork through recognizing the contributions of all employees. I am results oriented with a focus on establishing clear goals for myself and others. Honest, direct and continual feedback is important to me. I am most happy at work when I am taking on new challenges and helping others to create positive impact. Outside of work I enjoy alpine climbing, surfing, fly fishing and just about every sport.
