I have a passion for helping people. I am a registered osteopath currently living in the Tweed with two young children. I work with a range of individuals including those with disabilities.I completed my Master of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Southern Cross University in 2022. I have a holistic approach to health care with additional emphasis on nutrition, sleep, mental health, exercise and mobility. I enjoy educating patients and families about their health and diagnosis and has a particular interest in preventative medicine, working with children, people with disabilities, headaches and chronic pain. My approach is individualistic with the use a wide range of osteopathic techniques depending on the nature of the patients complaint and preferred treatment style. I use a combination of massage techniques, joint manipulation, dry needling, fascial and visceral techniques, and osteopathy in the cranial field. I have personals interest in long-distance running and have completed many marathon events. I also love surfing and bouldering and enjoy working with people to improve their function and performance in sport, leisure and life.
