I manage and develop the IT Project Delivery Technical Competencies team providing configuration & implementation of DHL strategic products. I am the single point of contact for the provision of project IT Resources and the associated IT Infrastructure deliverables for all projects across Gazprom's Business units (GM&T, Wingas, GPG & Gazprom Export) covering Europe and the US. Acting as the key point of contact between Group Infrastructure and Business Projects, I work closely with projects throughout their life cycle to provide a managed Infrastructure delivery and resource management function. As an Infrastructure Environment Delivery Manager I consecutively project manage the build and delivery of Test Environments and Production IT Infrastructures for multiple, high profile and time constrained programs across the RBS group. This involves project managing the Infrastructure build and implementation activities of up to 30 parallel projects at any given time covering host and off-host technologies.
