I am a CO owner to the PLUS 1 brand. I founded PLUS 1 Construction Services, PLUS 1 Manufacturing and PLUS 1 Property Management. We sell our steel frames on big Box platforms, manufacture and ship to the job site and provide full service construction from the ground up for our clients.

We perform services in the areas of commercial, residential and Hotel hospitality construction projects. Our tenant improvement division for national chains is currently working on the west coast and Midwest states.Contract support and development through review and revision.
