Responsible for the budgets, management and operation of the kitchen, bar, catering services and dining areas of the club, directs the operation of dining areas. Develop and implement financial objectives for F&B department, including annual operating budget and capital requests.Hire, train & supervise all food and beverage employees.Handle member and guest complaints.Create agenda and attend house committee meetings.Oversee purchasing, receiving and storage of F&B products.

Promote the club’s group entertainment facilities and oversee and administer operational aspects of group social events. Coordinate social and athletic activities for member and guest groups.Arrange with the event’s sponsors particulars such as menu, music, flowers and decorations.Quote prices and formulate contracts detailing the services to be provided in accordance with club policies regarding member and nonmember functions.Forecast annual special event sales income, prepare operating budget for catering department, and develop schedule of equipment and capital requests.
