As a Technical Program Manager, I am responsible for overseeing technical executions and client management for government and major client accounts. My role encompasses full-cycle deployments, from contract negotiations to the delivery of technical programs, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data migration, interfaces, architecture, system design, and ongoing operational requirements.Currently, I am spearheading a $15 billion Electronic Health Records (EHR) modernization initiative for the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. This complex project involves the integration of 450 dedicated technical resources, an additional 2,000 matrixed resources, and both Cerner and non-Cerner solutions. Additionally, I serve as the Technical Risk Manager, addressing and mitigating issues related to project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.Notable achievements include:Leading the initial rollout of the Department of Veterans Affairs' $15 billion commercial Electronic Medical Records system, Cerner’s most complex solution to date, which successfully supported over 10,000 clinicians at go-live.Overseeing cybersecurity efforts across more than 4,000 assets, including legacy infrastructures and cloud-based technologies hosted on the company’s data centers, AWS, and Azure.Developing operational processes and procedures, including client dashboards and change control boards for VA programs, to streamline program management and enhance client transparency.

My priority was to expand new business opportunities through the development and maintenance of client relationships for critical strategic commercial accounts. I acted as the CEO/CIO for over 100 contracts, delivering $60M+ new business revenues annually. I drove the development and implementations of client-specific business plans and solutions. Through collaborative client partnerships these plans aimed at decreasing operational expenses, improving sales, and increasing ROI through streamlined workflows and SOPs. A few of the more noteworthy accomplishments include the following: - Generating $275M+ sales revenue to reflect a 550% Y-o-Y increase from 2017 to 2018. - Designing and executing operational strategy for client (Tenet) that saw marked decreases in operational costs, drove $185M in sales, and increased booking 250%. - Delivered a 10-yr, $100M agreement to replace hosting and application support for client with 70+ facilities.- Implemented systems improvement rollouts that increased end-user satisfaction rates for 20K+ clinicians by reducing incident occurrences 20% across 32 hospitals, and cut annual operations expenses $7M annually.

I managed over 100+ technical projects facilitating successful single application rollouts, comprehensive disaster recovery plans, and complex internal infrastructure implementations. I was selected to join “Team Alpha” a group of subject matter experts (SME) trained in new technologies and implementations in order to deliver the highest possible client ROI and lead field implementations. As SME for new technology and implementation, I was also called upon to conduct extensive training and seminars for customers as part of the client ownership and support process.
