I am responsible for mechanical, electrical and welding. I can re download plc programs, do minor adjustments, and troubleshoot via computer. I also work with robots, i am able to manipulate manually in teach mode, go through programs to start and stop steps. Im currently going to school a MCCNH for my robotic certificate to be able to program robots. I do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of all equipments. I use documentation to assist in troubleshooting when available. I can also troubleshoot without documentation.

I was responsible for prevenative maintenance and troubleshooting for there equipment. I installed new light fixtures, ran conduit and pulled wire. I was responsible for getting machines up and running fast. I had to be able to troubleshot by connecting to plcs and finding the issues. I worked with 24vdc to 480 vac. There were ac and dc motors. I had to log my time, what i did and inventory items on work orders in maximo.

I went to boot camp aug 2004. From there i went to A school for 6 months electrician mate. I was a nuke so i went to power school and learned about nuclear reactors, heat transfer, radiation, and physics. After that school i went to prototype for 6 more months of training. I was stationed on U.S. Abraham Lincoln were i did prevenative maintenance and troubleshot equipment in the reactor plant 1. I also stood watches.
