Responsible for the management of all NROTC Scholarship applicants throughout New England and Europe. Provides leadership to high school and college applicants ensuring that applicants meet requirement objectives for leadership training in increasingly technical fields.Major Responsibilities • Develop the vision and strategic direction of recruitment and management of NROTC Scholarship to achieve short and long-term goals. • Analyzed and reported to senior leadership on status of metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. • Trained and developed regional representatives to ensure program was accessible and promoted in high standards. • Managed and tracked all communications to selection board to ensure all applicants were properly represented• Cultivated a network of Officer Interviewers, Guidance Counselors, Teachers across the New England area to ensure all candidates achieved required documents for candidacy of program. • Conducted monthly Question and Answer webinars with Parents, students, and counselors.• Prepares scholarship application for students and coordinates application analysis and scoring. • Ensure communication with all candidates until final selection results are released. Achievements• Led the #1 NROTC Scholarship program in the Nation for 6 consecutive years 2015-2021• Maintained a 60% selection rate at a 40% National average

Overall responsible for the execution of the Navy Recruiting District training program as directed by the CEO and overall functionality of all departments. Provided training to 225 personnel, maintained command training files and tracking systems, and ensured compliance with applicable instructions and policies were met.
