• Supervised two selectively manned flight leaders and all assigned first term airmen. • Developed requirements for maintenance of facility and equipment and managed funding approved initiatives. • Provided mentoring, counseling, initial training and information to First Term Airman’s Center Airmen. • Directed $2.2 mil CATM ops; 24hr customer service for 60+ units & 2k+ customers.
