What an amazing journey the automotive business has taken my family an I on. From multiple positions in multiple states, managing and partnering with thousands of associates over the course of my nearly 30 years in the business I've learned quite few lessons along the way. Some of these lesson are tough and painful while others are easy and obvious - but all are there to serve to make you a better person and a better business person. I'm excited about my newest adventure in ownership where all of the lessons of my past culminate to show me the way for both my future and the future of those associates who would partner with me to help me grow this organization. A few of the lessons learned along the way have led me to the keen understanding that the power of the business lies within its people and more importantly the passion from within each of them. While this may seem basic to many its a sentiment lost on most in many of today's corporate environments.
