God has a plan for us all and at this point in my life God wants me to stay home with my girls and be the best father and husband that I can possibly be for them...I'm past the whole ignorant out dated and overused train of thought that says.........''''I have to be the bread winner and need to put steak in the fridge because staying at home is a woman's job - but if she does work she has to make less than me!''''I'm thankful for my talented, beautiful, funny wife who is the household breadwinner as well as an absolutely awesome mommy. From the time we first moved in together right up until the last company I worked for, I was always working and had always been making more money than my wife...for nearly 5 years in fact I was making just about $70,000 per year; almost 2.5x what Momma Bear was making while working for a prominent lending company as a loan processor/underwriter. I thought that I earned my big salary and even bigger commission by breaking and re-breaking sales records; thinking my 60 & 70 hours weeks as a store manager were 'how things got done' when you were in a GM/GSM/RSM/RTSM position. Since I was a brand new GM, because I was handpicked by the regions VPGM to replace a tenured store mgr. that was having his 3rd consecutive year of barely making 85% of his plan during his 13th year with them, because I was a hotshot top producing sales rep who smashed to bits not only my monthly assigned sales goal...but bested - by 23% -the all time DSW (Desert South West) record that had endured unbeaten for 14 years, in my rookie year with big blue from 12/06' to 12/07' finished in the top 1% of all wireless sales reps (including both company employees and all 3rd party wireless reps) company wide in both % vs plan and CSAT/WTR which was a big blue First
